Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 2–3 days. Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Quetta: 3–4 days. Everywhere else in Pakistan: 4–6 days. Orders placed before 4pm go out the same day.

A flat Rs. 300 anywhere in Pakistan, whatever the order comes to. Express 1–2 day delivery in the major cities is Rs. 450. The exact fee is quoted at checkout before you confirm, so there is never a surprise at the door.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn with its tag on. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we arrange collection. In Lahore we collect and re-deliver on the same run at no charge.

Free of charge for 24 hours after placing the order, from My Account or by WhatsApp. After that the parcel is usually already with the courier — you can still refuse it at the door.
