Return & Exchange
Exchange any unworn piece with its tag on within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number; we arrange collection and bring the replacement.
- Collection and re-delivery are free inside Lahore.
- Elsewhere, courier charges of Rs. 300 apply on the return leg.
- Refunds are made by bank transfer or JazzCash within 3 working days of us receiving the piece back.
- Innerwear, socks and sale-clearance pieces can't be exchanged, for hygiene.
Shipping Policy
We dispatch from Lahore. Orders placed before 4pm go out the same day; after that, the next working day.

Delivery is a flat Rs. 300 on every order, whatever it comes to. Express 1–2 day delivery is available in the major cities for Rs. 450.
Payment Options
Cash on Delivery is the only payment method we offer, and it is deliberate. Nothing is charged when you place an order and nothing is charged online at any point. You pay the rider in cash once the parcel is in your hands and you have checked the pieces.
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include all taxes. The exact amount the rider will collect — the order plus delivery — is shown before you confirm, so there is never a surprise at the door.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge for 24 hours after placing an order, from My Account or on WhatsApp, as long as it hasn't been handed to the courier.
After that, refuse the parcel at the door instead. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels means we may ask for advance payment on future orders — that's the only case where we would.
Privacy Policy
We keep your name, number, address and order history — nothing else — and we use them to deliver your order and answer your messages.
- Your number is shared with the courier only, and only for the delivery.
- We never sell or rent your details, and we don't make marketing calls.
- WhatsApp updates are opt-in and you can stop them with one message.
- Ask us to delete your account any time and we will, within 7 days.
Terms & Conditions
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include all taxes. We may change a price before you order, never after.
If a piece sells out between your order and dispatch we'll call you, offer the nearest size or colour, and cancel the line if neither works — you're never charged for something we can't send.
Fabric & Safety
Everything for under-two-year-olds is 100% cotton, pre-washed, with flat seams and no loose fastenings. Composition and wash instructions are printed on every product page.
Found a loose thread or a fastening you're unhappy with? Send us a photo — we replace it, no questions, outside the 7-day window too.
